1. What languages can I learn on this platform?
We offer classes in several languages, such as English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian, German, among others. Check our catalog for current availability.
2. Are the classes individual or group?
Most of our classes are individual and personalized. However, we also offer classes in small groups called study clubs.
3. How are the classes conducted?
We have face-to-face modality, at your home or in the place you prefer. Virtual, using platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet or the tool you agree with your tutor. Or hybrid, using the two previous ones.
4. What is the duration of each class?
Standard classes last 60 minutes, but we also offer 30 and 90 minute options depending on your needs.

5. Who are the guardians?
Our tutors are bilingual or native speakers with experience in language teaching and pedagogical training.
6. Can I choose my guardian?
Yes, you can view the profiles of the available tutors and choose the one that best suits your objectives, learning style and schedule. Or contact us and we will advise you
7. Can I change tutors if I am not comfortable?

Can I cancel or reschedule a class?
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, depending on each tutor's policies.

If you do not notify us in time, the class will be considered taken. We recommend that you always notify us in advance so as not to miss it.
